Starting from near the edge of the rift 4000LY out from Sol, I began to make my way over to the Jellyfish Nebula.

Jellyfish Nebula contains a Neutron Star, so I made sure to set that as my target. Unfortunately due to the stars in that system, views of the nebula were poor, so other nearby systems offer better views, and I was able to get some nice images.

Day three ended with me heading directly towards the Crab Nebula, ignoring the nearby Rosette, Seagull and Monkey Head Nebulae to allow me to get a high number of unexplored systems. I made another mistake with a star, damaging my hull slightly once again, but nothing too serious… As I shut down my systems for the night, I had 1622LY of travel remaining to reach the Crab Nebula.
