Leaving Lagoon Nebula behind me was a hard thing to do. I’m enjoying exploring, but the beauty of those colors was a sight to behold and it was hard to believe I’d find something more appealing. The problem is that without trying, without exploring, I’d never know.
Travel to Omega Nebula was uneventful, and I am very glad I made the journey. Omega Nebula looked completely different to the celestial objects I’d previously visited. As usual, I have documented various view on my screenshots page.
And, as usual, I have put together an un-cut video of my exploration, using video speed to bypass the travel time.
Omega Nebula was 1,231LY from Lagoon Sector.
I’m actually exploring now faster than I can write. I’ve already arrived at Eagle Nebula as I write this and begin to settle down among the stars. I’ll explore the Nebula tomorrow.
Meanwhile, I did put together a short video of one of my Neutron Star encounters. Scary stuff.
After the Eagle Nebula? Well, right now, I’m not sure I want to go home. I’ve been lucky so far, finding plenty of water worlds with food and water I can purify… My ship is in good health, as am I… Why go home?
